This online workshop will provide a refresher and overview of strategic planning principles and procedures. Participants will learn the basic concepts and get familiarised with the tools required to go out and do quality community-based strategic planning. Follow-up meetings will be scheduled for the debriefing the results.
Registrants will be encouraged to put the concepts into practice.
The program will be recorded. Please register by April 17. Registrants will receive a packet of information via e-mail in advance of the workshop.
