The Handbook for Library Trustees of New York State has been newly revised. The 2015 edition is broader and more up to date. It can be viewed online or downloaded in pdf format.
It is a great resource for library staff and trustees.
We have added a page listing potential grants for our member libraries. They can be found under the drop down menu for Member Information under the subheading Grant Opportunities.
An updated ILL Contacts list was posted today.

The minutes of the June 17 Circulation/ILL meeting have been posted to the Circ/ILL Interest Group Page.

The minutes for the May 15 Governing Council meeting have been posted on the Governing Council Page.
The key decisions from the meeting:
- All Damage & Lost payments should be returned to the owning library
- For other bill types, payments of $10 or more should be sent to the billing library
- Payments below $10 can be kept by the library receiving the payment
This new program encourages members to purchase their computers and other equipment and software through the system. Program specifics can be found here.
