Attorney Stephanie Adams will present on issues related to Copyright Law and public libraries.
- What is Fair Use?
- How closely should libraries oversee patron use of the copier?
- Are libraries responsible for what patrons do on public computers?
These questions and more will be examined.
The program is free of charge, but registration is required.
Stephanie Adams has a lot of experience working with libraries and non-profits in upstate New York on various areas such as intellectual property, contract, business, not-for-profit, education, construction, and communications with a basis of constitutional and municipal law. (See more)
