A new page relating to E-Rate has been added to the Intranet.
There you will find basic information about e-rate and the documents required for filing going forward including a boilerplate letter of agency and sample Internet Safety Policy.
At the 2-19-2016 Governing Council meeting, the group approved a simplified Fine Payment Policy.
The new policy covers what to do when a patron wishes to pay fines due to one library at another library.

The Handbook for Library Trustees of New York State has been newly revised. The 2015 edition is broader and more up to date. It can be viewed online or downloaded in pdf format.
It is a great resource for library staff and trustees.
